Our Rooms
The new house has been recently built and includes 3 double rooms "made-ready", each one of them with its own bathroom.
All the rooms are cleaned every day and a third and a fourth bed can be prepared on request.
Breakfast is served in the terrace and includes typical products such as bread, pastries, cold cuts, honey, jams, coffee, milk and fruit juices.
All rooms and public areas are strictly non-smoking.
The private parking is at guests' disposal as well as the green garden with barbecue and swimmingpool.

The city imposed a city tax.
By law, this fee may not be included, and must be paid separately in cash.EUR 0.80 per person / per night
Children under 14 are exempt from the tax.
Prices are per person per day and include breakfast buffet, WiFi, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, parking and garden with toys area.

Each booking request is considered valid only if confirmed by the B&B direction via e-mail. The booking will require a deposit to be agreed with the facility manager. The accomodation payment balance will be required on arrival at the B&B. Payments are accepted only by cash (no credit cards not bankcards).
In some periods a minimum of 3 or more night-stay is required. We refuse every responsibility on your personal objects as no supervision is provided. We beg our guests not to destroy or take away anything of the furnishing nor any object in the house.Every abuse will be announced to the police.
In case of booking cancellation, the guest has to pay a penalty to the B&B according to the date the owners are informed of the cancellation.The penalty will be a percentage of the stay booked:
25% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 20th and the 7th day before arrival;
50% of the price of the stay for cancellations made during the 6 days before arrival
100% of the price of the stay for cancellations made during the 6 days before arrival (if the costumer has booked one night stay only)
N.B. The structure is willing not to charge any penalty, only if the holiday is ceded to a family or the reservation is reconfirmed within the current season.
The structure is not equipped for the handicapped in wheel chairs.
In case of early departure customers will be required to pay the stay inside.
